+ Over the mountains and the sea
there was a rainbow in the sky yesterday morning. i was looking at it instead of the flag (x
then it disappeared. that beautiful rainbow. and reappeared again(((: so nice. symbol of hope and promise of a better tomorrow.
ironic then, isn't it, that the very next day turns out sucky??
for starters, i was super tired in the morning and couldnt open my eyes. don't know why either since i slept at 12. quite early k(not sarcastic).
then after putitng on my contacts, my left eye hurt like (for lack of a polite-yet-rude english word) ZUT, and i decided to take them off. pfft.
then i realised there was a section in the geog notes i didnt study. so chiong in bus. only i fell asleep halfway. thank God the notes didnt drop outta my hand like they did last year. that wouldn be too embarrassing, or anything, in front of a junior from my primary school? ><
then i did super bad for geog test wrote crap in small messy (and probably illegible) handwriting so im most certainly about to fail. aft that was ermerm oh yeah bio. in which i couldnt understand anything at all. something abt microlitre or sth. quite frustrating. and the gloves stink. i forgot that. had to bear with the smell for the rest of the day GAH.
we had recess after that. ziyan was in a big rush to do dunno what, then we passed by the EcoPond and noticed a plastic bag in the water. you know, those transparent kind. we went closer and we found it WAS a plastic bag. what an amazing discovery! was rather reluctant to put my hand in.. eeew. that water dun look too clean to me. yup. when we took it out and was about to throw it into the bin in the life sciences lab(the new one; whats it called??), we realised there was a little green fishie swimming around... yeah let it go. don't worry its in the water not on the ground to barbucue for the cat. green fish... yuck. not very... aesthetically pleasing eh? enough to eat anyway.
mhmm. then rushed for drama aft gg to library to return yan's books and stuff... we acted some weird thing. sorry belle! stole ros from you! O.o feel so evil )):
yup me and goujun coated the lockers with shaving cream and kena caught in the act and sth like tt. only we didnt figure out how exactly to end out 'skit'. too bad. quite fun really.
then had lang arts. i didnt know i was that sleepy. i fell asleep at the most exciting point of To Kill A Mockingbird. was right in front, too. uh. i mean the video. show. whatever. in some conference room...
then lunch. mortal still hvnt reply. sad. some ppl told some lame jokes and then peisan, ros, belle and yijiao(was yunjia there?) started playing some weird game involving a lunch box of some kind.. tupperware! and water bottles. lame la. then chinese.
chinese was so sian i fell asleep. no joke k. was supposed to finish homework tt teacher gave and i fell asleep reading the second passage. and doing the 5th qn. end up very messy >< too bad.
choir. BAH. we were doing warm-ups or sth when ms lim came. eh? i think before she came ms chng came. serene. whatever. its so weird, like sylvia said. they call her serene(and they referring to basically all the seniors) and she's our teacher so its chao impolite so the result? don't say anything and keep ya mouth shut. she sat at the top and ms lim joined her later. we sang Dandansoy. i love that song. so nice((:
then ms lim told us her frustrations over the choir):

well we sang the butterfly thing later. not as nice if u ask me. hmm.. okay. then the teachers(ms lim and ms chng; whatever u call them) went out and sylvia and maria had this 'open' talk which few ppl opened up.. its always like tt what. *shrugs*
okay. here's the part that pissed me off real bad. my eyes too, and i can tell by the way they started leaking since ms lim talked. im such a tap today. whats wrong with me?!? BAH. okay.
mdm yick and mr macintosh(sp??) came in and told us we WEREN'T going to xiamen. just after ms lim said that she'd take us if the teachers in charge allowed, too. even if we barely made 40. PFFT. well we were practically having a verbal war against the teachers. don't think so far; we didnt swear at them or anyth! just think they were.. biased?
they laid out so many 'risks': what if u pull out cos of matters beyond ur control(i was thinking more of relatives passing away but ppl said there was a small possibility they'd get knocked down by a car)?; what if suddenly someone pulls out, etc.
and no matter how we tried to fight against them, i dunno if we won. but they seemed like they wouldnt be changing their decision anytime soon. sigh. so pissed. we DO want to go, we DO have a passion for choir and we ARE enthusiastic about going, okay? BAH. and which rich kid is so loaded she can just forfeit 600bucks just like that? crazy.
yup. i cried. too bad loh. for me i mean. so embarrassing can? anyway the seniors fought really really REALLY hard(: love!
i wish our teachers in charge were well. ex NY girls who were from NY choir. gosh thats sounds like ms chng HAHA. someone asked me why they dun wanna ask her be teacher in charge. well, she's nt gonna stay forever right? stranding us aft A level results i think. \= *sobs*
sigh. the nice teachers we like never do stay. talking abt that. we have to read romeo and juliet for DRAMA. oh no. im gonna die. its not only disgusting, its THICK. like the book is freakin thick. no!!!

we argued until 6 plus when the bandees were out and i couldnt hitch a ride from yunjia cos she had to fetch her bro and end up i took bus to eunos with louise and reached home at 1950. yay):
so tired. HAHA ms chng u were like desparate to scoot, or sth. so were alot of ppl. incl me. hey i want my lift, okay? it not only saves money; it saves TIME. yawn.
but seriously ar, ms chng can just go off what. not like us poor kids have to wait until teachers finish... AND THEY STILL WON'T LET US GO IM SO FREAKIN PISSED CAN'T YOU SEE THIS IS THE ONLY CHANCE WE'LL GET TO GO FOR CHOIR OLYMPICS GAHHHHH
im so agitated today. bad start huh. sighh. tmr got french. and elise, im not gg for tt immersion prog. yes don't ask me cos im in a very bad mood now so sorry at least lydia's there(: bad mood as in not pissed; it means susceptible to easy flowing tears. my tear ducts are probably torn, or sth. heh. my eyes are TIRED. and i hvnt done like ONE journal for science sia, didnt bring chinese textbook home and there's a test uh, today, in a few hours time. etc. wish school was out. then again, got disadvantages. eh ms chng can stay and teach not. torture though. i doubt i wanna be a full-time teacher. ever.
